Inclement Weather Policy

Inclement Weather Policy:  

• Every effort will be made to notify catechists and parents of class cancellations by:

          * text message to all who gave permission
          *  posting a notification on this OLHOC Religious Education website, 
          *  sending an email blast to the entire Religious Education email list, 
          * posting on our Facebook page.
        * and phone calls if time permits

• Determinations made by Charles County Public Schools will NOT determine OLHOC class cancelations. If in doubt, check the sources above, or call 301-645-7112.
• In any event, if you as the parent feel that conditions are unsafe for you or your children, please use your own discretion. Safety is our most important concern.
